Women’s Medical Respite has accomplished major milestones in recent years, including moving into our new space in 2024, doubling our capacity to serve women in our community, and celebrating 10 years of dedicated service in 2025. We were fortunate to pay off our mortgage within the first year of being in our new home! This would not have been possible without the Jeanette L. Musgrave Foundation and Community Foundation of the Ozarks for the $172,000 grant towards the mortgage in addition to another $10,000 under the Jerry Redfern Grant.

Thank you to our staff that continue to display a deep commitment to our mission and the women we serve, the Missouri State Service Learning students for spending their evenings with our ladies, everyone who donates meals to supplement food costs, the volunteers who give their time, our community partners, and the many others who serve as the backbone of the WMR!
