- Was chairperson of the committee responsible for the acquisition and integration of several major acquisitions, including HiLO (182 stores) and CSK (1342 stores).
- Developed a Disaster Manual for stores to prepare for and recover from various disasters, i.e., hurricanes, fires, tornados, etc., and led the disaster recovery response for these events when they occurred.
- Was awarded the Charlie O’Reilly Leadership Award in 2020.
